Our team includes Liane Slama, a qualified chartered surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), who has over a decade of experience in investing, renovating, and managing properties in Israel. Nathalie Azoubel, an MBA holder and founder of a brokerage in Miami, FL, brings over 15 years of expertise in real estate investment and brokering deals across residential and commercial sectors. Shai Carmel, an Israeli lawyer with British origins, offers extensive legal expertise with more than 30 years in Corporate and Property Law, serving a diverse international clientele. Samuel Slama, our construction and renovations expert, has 14 years of experience in the Israeli construction industry.

Shai Carmel is the founder of Shai Carmel & Co. a boutique law firm operating out of offices in Neve Tzedek, Tel Aviv. Shai is a graduate of the Tel Aviv University Law Faculty and was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 1984. He is also a graduate of the Harvard Law School Negotiations Work Shop (2004).
